China Wind Power 2026 opened on October 14. Under the theme “Ride the Wind, Embrace the Future”, CRRC showcased its core AI technologies, wind turbine technologies, supply chain for key wind power components, and solutions for its strategic emerging industries. The exhibition highlighted CRRC's comprehensive strengths across the entire wind power value chain in support of a low-carbon future.
During the exhibition, CRRC officially launched VELSTAR, its English-language brand for wind turbines, along with a portfolio of product platforms. Building on CRRC's technological expertise in high-speed rail, VELSTAR embodies five core values: strong technical foundations, superior performance, low-carbon design, high safety standards, and outstanding adaptability. The brand is committed to developing high-end equipment for green energy.
At the exhibition, CRRC presented five key solutions: intelligent wind turbines, grid-forming wind turbines, ultra-tall towers, smart digital wind farms, and deep-sea floating platforms. It also showcased an integrated wind power industry cluster covering the entire value chain, with key products including generators, gearboxes, converters, and transformers. Together, these exhibits demonstrated CRRC's technological capabilities and innovation achievements in wind power equipment.
