Application of primary suspension for light rail, metro, intercity, high speed trains etc.

 

Structure and the function:

1. Metal outer ring is part integrated into swing arms.

2. Rubber provides the deflection capacity and stiffness in all degrees of freedom. It also provides a certain level of damping. It acquires fatigue performance by different rubber formula according to application conditions.

3. Liquid chamber contains liquid.

4. Metal inner bar is to be designed according to different interface dimensions from customer.

5. Liquid Channel connects two liquid chambers. The diameter size and length of the liquid channel affect the dynamic stiffness characteristics.

 

Main characteristics:

Smart bushing has a low static stiffness and high dynamic stiffness characteristics which can reduce the conflict between the vehicle stability and the vehicle curving. The low static stiffness can reduce the wheel-track force and the high dynamic stiffness can ensure the high-speed operation. It can greatly reduce the wheel-track damages and potentially extend the wheel life and reduce the LCC for both trains and tracks, also potentially reduce wheel-track noise, making the rail transit greener and environmentally friendly.

· Diameter of outer ring:Φ100~Φ190

· Static longitudinal stiffness:(3~15)kN/mm;

· Dynamic and static stiffness ratio:2~8;

· Dynamic stiffness turning point threshold frequency:(0.5~8)Hz;

· With products comply with EN45545-2;

· Products may use on all kinds of rolling stocks: metro, intercity, high speed train etc.
