Overview:
Application of primary and secondary suspensions for light rail, metro, intercity, high speed, monorail trains etc.
Structure and the Function:
1. Slide plate is used for bearing the load and wear resistance when the bump stop is in contact with corresponding parts.
2. Rubber provides the deflection capacity and stiffness in all degrees of freedom. It also provides a certain level of damping. It acquires good fatigue performance by different rubber formula according to application conditions.
3. Bottom plate is to be designed according to different interface dimensions from customer.
Main Characteristic:
The buffer and bump stop is an elastic part that limits the relative displacements between vehicle mass bodies. It mainly plays the role of buffering and limiting. According to the characteristics, the part is generally divided into two types: buffer and bump stop. Depending on the installation position, there are generally vertical bump stops, lateral bump stops and longitudinal bump stops.
