The coupler buffer is composed of elastic damping elements and metal frames, which can alleviate the longitudinal impact and vibration caused by vehicle collisions during train startup, braking, and shunting. The product can withstand an impact load from 1500kN to 2500kN and the lifespan is up to 10 years. The single elastomer capacity can be designed from 5kJ to 12kJ, and the individual mass is less than 2kg. TPEE raw materials are low-carbon and environmentally friendly.
