General Introduction
Autonomous-rail Rapid Transit (ART) is a novel type of rail transit system with medium-low transport capacity invented by CRRC Zhuzhou Institute which has been keeping up with market trends and inheriting top-class rail transit technologies. ART is highly fitting the needs of urban public transport with the advantages of small infrastructure investment, short construction period, and flexible scheduling by breaking the application limitation of rail transit.
