Product Description

Gearbox liquid composite spring is used in high-power four-point support wind turbine gearbox vibration damping system, installed on both sides of the gearbox, mainly to withstand the torsional direction of the gearbox load. Its main features are large torsional stiffness and small vertical stiffness, which can greatly reduce the installation of multi-point support drive system over-constrained load, while with the external load caused by the changes in the rubber cavity to generate pressure differences, so that the liquid in the high-pressure hose connected to the two cavities to achieve the damping characteristics of the flow of the drive system nodding vibration with a significant inhibitory effect. The products are mainly used in 1.5MW~5.0MW wind turbines.
