During the May Day holiday, the Chengdu opening event of CRRC’s 2026 “Science-Connect • Railway Journey” Train Fan Carnival concluded successfully. This five-day event delivered an immersive rail transit cultural experience for local residents and railway enthusiasts.
Centered on science popularization, the event featured a wide range of interactive activities. At the opening ceremony, a student-performed science-themed play vividly showcased the technological innovations behind the Fuxing train, and a special train whistle ceremony marked this program’s official launch. During the event, the dedicated lecture series “Science-Connect Talk” attracted large audiences, with CRRC technical specialists using easy-to-understand language to explain rail transit manufacturing technologies and make advanced engineering concepts more accessible to the public. On-site interactive learning activities guided visitors through the history of railway development, while highlighting the craftsmanship spirit of striving for excellence.
