On November 7, the 15th China (Macau) International Automobile Exposition (15th Macau Auto Expo) opened, where CRRC highlighted its full-chain innovations in commercial new energy vehicles.
Having been deeply engaged in the field of commercial new energy vehicles for years, CRRC has developed a comprehensive product portfolio covering buses, logistics, municipal sanitation, and medical services. The 12-meter low-floor electric bus unveiled at the event follows a design philosophy of "efficient operation, people-oriented service, and adaptability to terrain," offering both enhanced passenger comfort and good visibility. The 8.5-meter pure electric bus, which meets the mobility needs of Macau with high tourist density, features an innovative layout and cabin flow equalization, together with digital and intelligent technologies, creating a modern onboard environment.
CRRC also showcased its full-chain innovation capabilities, ranging from materials to system components. Key exhibits included its innovations in core components of commercial vehicles, such as electric drive systems, brake systems, and electrical connectors, as well as a series of composite material applications characterized by lightweight design, high strength, heat resistance, and vibration resistance.
