On November 5, the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) and Hongqiao International Economic Forum opened in Shanghai.
The 400 km/h CR450 EMU model — developed under the leadership of China Railway with the participation of CRRC — was showcased at the China Pavilion. Through innovative and immersive displays, it vividly exhibited China’s latest achievements in rail transit technology, becoming one of the highlights of the event. Several other CRRC-developed trains were also on display, such as the light maglev train, the double-deck EMU (DDEMU), the Lijiang sightseeing train, and the SRT 3.0, drawing significant attention from visitors.
On November 7, 10 CRRC subsidiaries signed contracts with 18 overseas suppliers. These efficient and mutually beneficial partnerships reflect CRRC's commitment to openness and firm determination to work with global partners to jointly advance the upgrading of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
