On the morning of June 6, the Company held a summary meeting for three-year action on quality improvement and a kick-off meeting for three-year action on manufacturing capacity improvement. This is a vivid practice to strengthen China in manufacturing, quality and transportation. It is also a new milestone in the process of the Company moving from quality improvement to manufacturing capability improvement and promoting high quality development!
The meeting summarized the effectiveness of the Company's three-year action to improve quality, mobilized staff to fully engage in the three-year action to improve manufacturing capacity and make every effort to continuously consolidate the foundation for the healthy development of the Company.
Chairman of the Board, Chen Zhixin, and General Manager, Yang Wensheng, delivered speeches. Members of the Company's leading group, assistant to the chairman, chief expert, all middle-level managers, business directors, technical directors of various units, as well as representatives of the commended teams and individuals attended the meeting.
Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer of the Company, Li Xining, presided over the meeting and read out the notice of "About the Establishment of the First Quality Management Committee". In order to strengthen the leadership and control of quality work, promote the integration of quality management into the operation business process, smooth the communication channels of major quality information, enhance the scientificity of decision-making on major quality matters, promote the rapid response, disposal and rectification of quality issues, strict accountability for quality issues, and continuously optimize the quality culture and working mechanism, the Company established the Quality Management Committee for the first time.

After three years of quality improvement actions, the Company has made great progress in product quality, achieved remarkable results in quality system management, further enhanced the quality awareness of all employees, gradually deepened the quality culture and steadily improved customer satisfaction!

In the next three years, the Company would enhance professional capabilities in the fields of electric locomotives, new-mode train, diesel locomotives, steel structures, engines, crankshafts, forging, supply chains, maintenance and overhaul by further strengthening technical process system construction and management, improving equipment support capability, accelerating digital construction and intelligent manufacturing, carrying out technical process research and application, and promoting talent system construction.
