1. Overview
CRRC Ziyang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRRC Ziyang") is one subsidiary of CRRC cooperation, which it founded in 1966, is a key enterprise in China's rail rolling stock equipment and the largest research and development base for exported diesel locomotive. CRRC Ziyang always adheres to the principle of "quality first, customer first" and adheres to the quality policy of "cultivating fine manufacturing culture, continuously improving product quality, and providing customers with safe and reliable products and services." Since December 1996 , CRRC Ziyang has established a complete quality assurance system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9000 quality system; In December 2010, the International Railway Industry Standard (ISO/TS 22163) quality management system was introduced fully, and the company's quality management system has been improved continuously.
● In December 1997, CRRC Ziyang passed the GB/T19001-1994 idt ISO9001:1994 quality system certification; in October 2014, it passed the re-examination.
● In June 2009, CRRC Ziyang passed the EN15085 welding management system and passed the re-examination in October 2014.
● In October 2011, CRRC Ziyang passed the system certification of the International Railway Industry Standard ISO/TS 22163 Ver02 (covering all requirements of ISO9001 and the railway industry), and passed the re-examination in October 2014. CRRC Ziyang also passed ISO/TS22163-2017 standard system certification in 2017. CRRC Ziyang stipulates the various process control requirements of the quality management system in accordance with the ISO/TS 22163 standard, and has established a complete quality management system documentation, which has passed internal reviews, special audits, management reviews, external supervision audits, special improvements, random inspections, etc., which these activities ensure the effective operation of the quality management system.
2.Quality Assurance system resources
CRRC Ziyang has a complete infrastructure, with all kinds of advanced precision equipment and testing instruments including machining welding, heat treatment equipment and testing equipment, such as machining centers, automatic welding machines, large scale metallurgical microscopes, vacuum direct-reading spectrometer, three-coordinate measuring machine, etc., which imported from Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, and the United States, with the technical equipment, capability advantages and quality assurance for the production of key components for locomotives and bogies. CRRC Ziyang has a Testing Center that is responsible for the process control of physical and chemical testing, measurement testing, and flaw detection management in the production process. In 2004, it passed the ISO17025 "China National Laboratory" certification. In 2007, it passed the ISO10012 measurement management system certification. The Testing Center is a national first-level measurement organization, and has been awarded the title of "first-level measurement qualified enterprise" and second-level physical and chemical organization of MOR China. It has the testing work area of more than 3000 square meters, LEITZ three-coordinate measuring machine, and HP5528 dual-frequency laser interferometer, WAW-Y500 microcomputer- controlled universal testing machine, NEOPHOT-32 horizontal metallographic microscope, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, X-ray stress meter and other large-scale testing equipment with quantity around 130 sets, with strong detection and testing capabilities. The accurate and reliable detection and inspection provide the guarantee for the final quality of the locomotive.
