Service Commitment

■ Fully respond to relevant provisions of “Three Guarantees” and after-sales service in sales contract of the company.

■ Once the product quality failure occurs at customer's place, deal with the failure within 24 hours if there is a stationary service group on the customer's site; if there is no stationary service group on the customer's site, make a reply within 24 hours and arrive at customer’s site for troubleshooting within 72 hours.

■ The company provides lifelong technical service for the products, and provides accessories with preferential prices beyond the quality guarantee period.

■ The company shall organize a visit about product quality to the customers at least once a year. Listen to the customers with an open mind, so as to continuously improve product quality and service.
