On February 5, the Lantern Festival in the Year of the Rabbit, the Company kicked off the work in full swing.
Accompanied by the cheerful sound of gongs and drums, the traditional dragon and lion dances in front of the Company's headquarters building showed its high-spirited and enterprising attitude.
The employees who enjoyed the Spring Festival holiday returned to work with full of enthusiasm.
Chen Zhixin, Chairman of the Board, and Yang Wensheng, General Manager, sent blessings and little rabbit mascots. Full of affection and kindness warmed the heart of everyone.
Later, the dragon and lion dance team came to R&D Center, Locomotive Manufacture Supervision Project Dept. The lively scene of bustling activity added joy to everyone in the new year.

Other management members of the Company also went to the respective units to distribute little rabbit mascots and send best wishes to the employees.
A whole year's work depends on a good start in spring. All units started working early and stepped up their efforts to achieve the new year's goals.
On January 29, the Locomotive Business Division started working. At 8:00 a.m. of the same day, the Division held a staff meeting with the theme of "Striving to achieve the goal and making progress together", and arranged production safety, process quality, team building. More than 300 employees participated in the meeting.
On January 31, the Steel Structure Business Division held the staff meeting and the launching ceremony of labor competition, which officially started the New Year's work. The steel structures of eight-axle electric locomotives were busily assembled and welded on parts, under-frame, carbody and bogie-frame stations.
On February 3, Ziyang CRRC Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. started working. During the Spring Festival holiday, front-line staff had been engaged in the implementation of locomotive overhaul orders.
On January 28, all the production lines and positions of the Power Industry Division were well prepared. The production areas accelerated the production of cylinder ends, connecting rods, engine blocks and other diesel engine main parts. The assembly areas accelerated the production of generator sets and diesel engines, so as to prepare for the production plan in the new year.
On January 28, Crankshaft Branch started working. The staffs in each work area rushed to manufacture main engine crankshafts, as well as the products ordered from domestic and international market.
Since January 25, Forging Branch had continued to work. All production lines had been started one after another, actively producing various types of forgings such as blades, main engine products and connecting rods, polishing connecting rods and crankshafts and packing the finished products.
On January 28, the employees of the Supply Chain Management Department began to distribute materials. The driving gears, axle box bodies, standard fasteners and other materials were distributed in an orderly manner.
On January 25, the members of large axle load narrow-gauge locomotive project team in R&D center started refining the schemes of carbody, bogie, braking, electrical, system and other categories, so as to ensure that the design tasks of the project are completed with good quality.
On January 29, the Overseas Business Department fully launched various work, prepared marketing seminars, and reviewed the work plan of lean management. Jiang Yahan, Regional Director (in the middle of the front row below), set out to overseas, becoming the first person go abroad in the Year of the Rabbit.
