At 19:30 on January 8, the Company held the 2022 Year-End Party with the theme of "For Future" to warmly celebrate the outstanding achievements in 2022 and commend various advanced groups and individuals who emerged in the past year.
More than 1,200 people shared this happy moment, including senior executives, middle management, representatives of the commended advanced, staff representatives, and special guests from Locomotive Manufacturing Supervision Project Department.
Chen Zhixin, Chairman of the Company, and Yang Wensheng, General Manager of the Company, together with the senior executives, wished all staff a happy New Year and a beatific family!

On behalf of the Company, he expressed sincere gratitude to the leadership at all levels who supported the development of the Company, and expressed heartfelt thanks to all the staff who overcame difficulties and made hard efforts to fully complete all tasks!
He stressed that 2022 was a milestone year in the history of the Company. The number of locomotives manufactured and repaired by the Company throughout the year set the highest record in the past 12 years. The operating income exceeded the main operating targets issued by CRRC, achieving the goal in reorganization and integration stage, and the Company stepped into a new track of healthy development.
He pointed out that 2023 is the opening year for the Company to achieve the transition of old growth drivers with new ones. The Company would face a better situation, heavier tasks, greater pressure and more severe challenges. On the new journey, the Company will thoroughly implement the operational concepts ideas of CRRC; closely focus on the Company's "14th Five-Year Plan" development goals; take a key step in the construction of "Dual-core" enterprises; and unswervingly make sustainable and healthy development. Let’s roll up sleeves to work harder together!
At the evening party, the Company commended the 2022 Pioneer Models, Pioneer Units, Pioneer Teams, Outstanding Managers, Excellent Managers, Excellent Employees, Excellent Team Leaders, Excellent Union Workers, Model Staff Homes, Advanced Staff Homes, Advanced Individuals, and Advanced Teams. The senior executives presented trophies to the the winning individuals and medals to the winning groups respectively.
Representatives of retired employees in this year also appeared on stage, and the Company presented them with gifts of locomotive models to thank them for their contributions to the development over the years.
A variety of wonderful cultural programs brought the audience into the sea of joy.
