Recently, CRRC Ziyang received a letter of thanks for an owner of Gabon.
In this letter, the owner spoke highly of CRRC Ziyang’s high-quality service and cooperation, and gave full recognition to technical ability and professional dedication of the Company’s maintenance team members. The owner thanked CRRC Ziyang for its strong support and guarantee to safe operation of the locomotive, and expressed strong expectations to further cooperation between both sides.
This letter of thanks is premised on CRRC Ziyang Gabon Project Team’s effective management and selfless and fearless efforts against the backdrop that epidemic prevention and control abroad has become normal.
As China’s only enterprise that supplies locomotives to Gabon, CRRC Ziyang has exported a total of 22 locomotives to Gabon ever since 2010. These locomotives have become main traction powers for local manganese ore transportation.
CRRC Ziyang Gabon Maintenance Project Team adopted two-shift mode to provide users with all-weather maintenance services, for example, it reasonably set locomotive repair procedure and rule, implemented scheduled repair according to local conditions, and adopted bidirectional inspection between departure station and terminal station, in order to timely locate and handle problems. That helped greatly raise the locomotive availability.
Efforts lead to success. Over the past three years, CRRC Ziyang’s locomotive availability in Gabon has kept rising, which received high recognition from users.
