The school-enterprise cooperation is a two-way effort putting.
On October 11th, the unveiling ceremony of cooperation between the Company and Sichuan Railway College was held in the CRRC Ziyang Crankshaft Branch.
This is a new measure for the Company to further promote the construction of talent team and promote high-quality development. At the same time, it also marks an important step in the external exchange and cooperation of Sichuan Large and Medium-sized Crankshaft Engineering Research Center.
Mr. Huang Hai, Vice General Manager and Chairman of Labor Union of the Company, Mr. Du Minzhi, Director of HR Dept. of the Company, Mrs. Lai Fang, Principal of Sichuan Railway College, Mr. Huang Enxing, Vice Principal of Sichuan Railway College, and relevant leaders and staff representatives of Crankshaft Branch attended the ceremony. Mrs. Chen Jie, the senior leader of Crankshaft Branch, presided over the ceremony.
School-enterprise cooperation can meet the manpower training needs of the Company and the school for joint development under the new situation, so as to effectively promote the close integration of education and social practice, and train the talents needed by the enterprises; effectively help the Company to upgrade and achieve high-quality development; and effectively realize the sharing of resources and information between the enterprise and the school to achieve mutual development.
Mr. Huang Hai and Mrs. Lai Fang delivered speeches respectively. Leaders of both sides said that they would actively adapt to the new situation and new tasks, and jointly create a new model of school-enterprise cooperation as co-building a training base, co-training a teacher team, co-establishing a training process and co-constructing a teaching class.
Finally, Mr. Huang Hai and Mrs. Lai Fang unveiled a plaque for the "Sichuan Railway College Training Base" under the joint witness of everyone.
On the same day, the college delegation also visited the locomotive final assembly line and the crankshaft processing line.
