On July 28th, the Human Resources Department organized the comprehensive managers of each department to hold a meeting, in which they put forward requirements that all departments need to make efforts to use and retain employee well, and all departments’ leaders need to pay attention to the training of new employees who are just graduated from college and university, hold regular symposiums to understand the ideological trend and care about their problems in life.

For implementing the strategy of "Optimize structure, Improve quality, Motivate vigor", based on the principle of “Market-oriented, High quality, Gathering first-class talented person”, the Human Resources Department formulated the standard scheme for new trainees’ salary and household allowance, provided a competitive remuneration, identified the target universities for recruitment, made scientific recruitment plan, and recruited a new team of highly qualified employees.

In order to improve the comprehensive quality of new employees, establish the team spirit of unity and cooperation, and strengthen the mind of perseverance and hard-working, the Human Resources Department and Chengdu 109 Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. jointly organized outdoor training activities for employee quality development.

At the same time, CRRC Ziyang also carried out a 12-day general knowledge training to help new employees enter the job role as soon as possible. The training is oriented to meet the actual needs of the job, covering corporate culture, career planning, business etiquette, compliance systems and others, to help new employees further understand the company’s development history, management system, values and development goals, and enhance their sense of belonging and identity to the company.

In the next step, CRRC Ziyang will take further effective measures to strengthen the ability training and job training of new employees, so that they can grow into talents as soon as possible, and promote the company’s high-quality development.
