High-end Activated Carbon

  Supercapacitor carbon is made of coconut shell activated carbon with ultra-low ash and developed micropore distribution as the base carbon, which is prepared by acid and alkali washing high-pressure ash reduction processes. It has the characteristics of large specific surface area, concentrated pore distribution, low ash, good conductivity, strong electrochemical performance, high capacitance, etc. It is used to manufacture high-performance batteries and double-layer capacitor products, thereby providing power supply for equipment. The extremely long working life and fast charging and discharging characteristics of supercapacitors are also widely used in electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, power tools, electric toys, railway systems, power systems and other fields.

  Hard carbon is made of resin, coal gangue, coke and other raw materials. After high-temperature carbonization and chemical oxidation treatment, it can produce electrode materials with large interlayer spacing, many micropores and active sites, good high-rate charge and discharge performance and long cycle life. It is mainly used in batteries, capacitors, advanced adsorption materials, catalyst carriers and other fields, especially in sodium-ion battery negative electrode materials.

  Personal protective carbon is based on activated carbon-based carbon with excellent performance, and a new generation of military impregnated carbon materials with excellent performance are prepared and screened. It is mainly used in the fields of respiratory masks and military civil air defense engineering in military personal protection; after being transformed into civilian products, it can be applied to indoor air purification and escape emergency respirators.
