HSCB1510 DC high-speed circuit breaker, a DC circuit breaker based on air medium arc extinguishing, is independently developed and designed to break the monopoly of foreign products in the China's metro vehicle application market; based on the existing air medium DC breaking technology, a quick tripping structure is innovatively proposed, and combined with the design of arc striking channel for inverted "Y" type arc extinguishing chamber, it effectively improves the tripping response time and short-circuit breaking capacity of circuit breaker.

2.Quick tripping response technology
Quick tripping is one of the key performances of HSCB1510 DC circuit breaker. This technology innovatively proposes a shifting shaft for quick tripping at the closing action point, supplemented by a double-shifting fork structure to improve the stability of tripping response; compared with similar competitive products, it has simple and reliable structure and fast action response time; at the same time, the adjusting cam is replaced to adapt to various setting tripping currents to meet the requirements of different application conditions.
3.Design of arc striking channel for inverted "Y" type arc extinguishing chamber
The arc striking structure is the key to realizing quick arc extinguishing of DC circuit breaker. The arc extinguishing grid in the arc extinguishing chamber is an inverted "Y" structure design; with the optimized arc striking angle design, the arc is easier to enter the arc extinguishing chamber, improving the arc extinguishing performance.
4.Anti-fusion welding of main contacts
The selection of contact materials is crucial to the electrical service life, short-circuit breaking capacity and short-time withstand performance of DC circuit breakers. The optimized main contact materials made in China can meet the service performance requirements of circuit breakers and realize independent control of key components.
