Vacuum Circuit Breaker

  Vacuum circuit breaker, an important electrical component of trunk line locomotives, is the master switch for electrical connection and disconnection between the vehicle and the catenary, as well as the most important protection equipment on the locomotive. When various serious faults occur in the locomotive, it can cut off the master power supply of the locomotive quickly, reliably and safely, thus protecting the safety of locomotives.

  Vacuum circuit breaker takes vacuum as insulating medium and arc extinguishing medium, and the arc is extinguished by the deionization effect formed by high insulation strength and arc diffusion ability under vacuum. Its structural characteristics are: single fracture, direct-acting cylinder transmission, electronic control, suitable for various types of trunk line AC 25kV electric locomotives and EMUs.
