The 2,000 kW hydrogen-fueled cell hybrid locomotive is a high-power new energy locomotive developed by CRRC Datong Co., Ltd. to meet the peak pushing, transfer operations, pull-in and pull-out operations of freight yards with a load of more than 3000 t. The design power at wheel rim of the locomotive is 2,000 kW, and the maximum output power at wheel rim of 3,000 kW can be achieved by adjusting the ratio of power battery to hydrogen fuel cell. The locomotive has the technical characteristics of high power, platformization and intelligence.
The 2,000 kW hydrogen-fueled cell hybrid locomotives are mainly used for shunting and transfer operations in locomotive depots, rolling stock depots, marshalling yards and factories, mines, ports and other places with discontinuous electrification. By adjusting the ratio of power battery and hydrogen fuel cell, the locomotive can achieve a maximum power output at wheel rim of 3,000 kW. It can benchmark diesel locomotives of 3,000 horsepower and 4,400 horsepower levels, and meet the shunting and transfer operation requirements under most working conditions.
1.High-power traction performance: It is a hydrogen locomotive equipped with the outer corridor structure with the largest hydrogen storage capacity and the highest power fuel cell in China, and it was also the hydrogen locomotive with the largest traction power at wheel rim at that time.
2.High-power charging technology: The locomotive features DC1500V high-voltage fast charging technology, and the charging power can reach up to 2MW, which can meet the needs of locomotive fast charging.
3.Intelligent design: The PHM system for health management is installed to realize fault diagnosis and service life prediction of locomotives and systems.
