Hydrogen refueling solutions are provided according to user needs, such as the design of fixed and mounted hydrogen refueling stations, the selection of hydrogen refueling equipment, and the expansion of hydrogen refueling stations. The technology of staged refueling and multi-nozzle refueling can be used to increase the speed of hydrogen refueling. At present, the refueling flow rate of a single hydrogen refueling receptacle can reach 3.6kg/min. The hydrogen refueling equipment consists of unloading dispenser, hydrogen storage cylinder set, sequence control panel, compression skid, hydrogen dispenser, control cabinet and upper computer.
Self-developed control programs can significantly improve the metering accuracy, make the system more stable and reliable, and adapt to various complex environments and high precision requirements. Innovative heat exchange forms are more suitable for application scenarios with limited space. Single set of equipment is modularized to facilitate installation and maintenance. Pipeline design is optimized to ensure the safety of high-pressure pipelines.
