The CR120EH mining dump truck is a 120t mining dump truck independently developed by CRRC Datong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRRC Datong"). Based on CRRC digital, green and intelligent technology platform, the vehicle is customized for different mining truck working conditions. The vehicle has a dead weight of 73t, a maximum speed of 45km/h and a maximum gradeability of 26%.
The vehicle features an extended-range diesel-electric hybrid power system that delivers robust power, with a rated driving power of 1200 kW. It is also equipped with a 300 kWh large-capacity power battery, enabling effective distribution of driving force even under extreme road conditions and improving the vehicle's ability to cross obstacles and navigate challenging terrain. This vehicle features distributed all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering technologies, delivering exceptional performance on slippery, muddy, and uneven pavements through optimal distribution of all-wheel driving force and braking. It also adopts a modular drive unit design, allowing for interchangeability of drive units of the vehicle. In addition, it incorporates hybrid power technology and energy recovery system, enabling effective energy saving.
The CR120EH mining dump truck is designed for transporting overburden, ore, and coal in large-scale water conservancy projects and open-pit mines. It operates in conjunction with excavators, loaders, belt conveyors, and other engineering machinery to create a shoveling and conveying production line. It is equipped with an all-wheel distributed drive and steering system, delivering exceptional performance on slippery, muddy, and uneven pavements.
1.Distributed hybrid power energy recovery
The power drive system mainly includes the engine, generator, power battery and drive motor. It is the power core of the vehicle. The power module of the engine + generator and the power battery jointly provide energy for all systems of the vehicle. Through the energy management system, the charging and discharging of the battery can be reasonably controlled to realize braking energy recovery and achieve the effect of saving energy.
2.Modular and lightweight design
The power module assembly, drive unit, electric wheel assembly and hydraulic system are of modular design, allowing for separate and rapid disassembly for repair, and improving the maintainability and attendance rate of the vehicle;
Through finite element analysis of various typical operating conditions, the frame and carriage structure and appearance are optimized to realize lightweight of the vehicle.
3.Efficient, energy-saving, reliable and sensitive steering and lifting technology for quick and stable unloading
The steering system utilizes load-sensitive and constant-pressure variable control technology, ensuring that the steering control is both sensitive and reliable. The hydraulic lifting system employs high-speed power drive and confluence control, resulting in a rapid and smooth unloading process.
4.Highly integrated electric wheel drive, offering powerful, reliable, efficient and energy-saving braking capacity
The hydraulic drive utilizes motor speed regulation power drive technology, making the system both efficient and energy-saving. The vehicle drive utilizes a highly integrated electric wheel assembly, allowing all wheels to provide braking force for the vehicle. This force is reasonably distributed to enhance the vehicle's braking capacity and ensure safety.
5.Excellent structural performance of frame provided by cast-welded combination design
The frame features a cast-welded combined box section structure, with key stress points designed as a cast structure to enhance strength and fatigue resistance, prevent stress concentration at the welds, and ultimately improve the reliability and service life of the frame.
6.U-shaped structure allowing for thorough unloading
The carriage features a welded structure with lightweight design, and both sides of the bottom plate are of "U"-shaped structure, which reduces the overall weight of the carriage and prevents the adhesion and retention of goods in the bottom corner, allowing for more thorough dumping.
7.Reliable hydraulic system for quick response in steering, braking and lifting
The hydraulic steering system features sensitive steering and a large-flow amplifier to control the steering cylinder to enable both front-wheel steering and four-wheel steering. The power source employs a constant-pressure control variable plunger pump, ensuring rapid steering response;
The hydraulic brake system is equipped with an electric proportional large-flow brake relay valve to improve the flow performance of oil, thereby quickly providing braking pressure and improving the braking response speed;
The lifting system is provided with lifting power by the combination of the steering pump and lifting pump, enabling rapid lifting.
8.Intelligent driving system and refined interior design
The cab interior features a modern design with a high level of refinement, achieving a noise level of ≤ 76 dB to enhance overall driving comfort. It is equipped with an LCD instrument panel and an adjustable multifunctional steering wheel, facilitating precise control and efficient operation. Optional features include cruise control, an electronic monitoring system, an anti-collision warning system, and a millimeter-wave radar anti-collision system, all of which enhance driving safety and operational efficiency, providing comprehensive technical support for mine transportation.
