  CR240E mining dump truck is a 220t mining dump truck technically introduced by CRRC Datong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRRC Datong"). This model has a rollover protection structure / falling object protection structure (ROPS/FOPS), which meets ISO3471 and ISO3449 in terms of safety. The vehicle is equipped with air suspension seats, a tiltable and telescopic steering wheel, an integrated cooling and heating air conditioner, double floor, atmospheric power steering, dual mode braking (hydraulic and electric), an electronically controlled lifting system, a box structure frame, a self-contained variable rigid hydro pneumatic suspension, a low-alloy high-strength steel plate welded cargo compartment and other technologies.

  CR240E mining dump truck is equipped with a reliable electric drive system, with a rated load of 220t and a maximum speed of 57km/h. It has strong maneuverability and high efficiency, which can meet the transportation requirements of various open-pit mines and large water conservancy and hydropower projects.

  1.Mature and reliable drive system

  The AC electric drive system originates from the mature electric drive traction technology in the rail transit field. It adopts the control system, main generator, traction motor, reducer, etc. independently developed by CRRC, which is more efficient and mature in performance and can ensure the maximum production efficiency. Based on the vibration load spectral induction of all road conditions and the fatigue equivalent acceleration model design, it can adapt to extreme operating conditions such as high altitude, wide operating temperature range, high-intensity vibration and slippery roads, with perfect functions and stable operation.

  2.Equipped with a high-power generator, better fuel economy, and real-time monitoring of operating conditions

  MTU 16V4000C13L 2500HP engine can adapt to most existing mine conditions without de-rating at an altitude of 4500 m. The second generation of MTU high-pressure common rail fuel injection system is adopted, enabling better fuel economy.

  Cummins QSK60 2500HP engine can adapt to most of the existing mines. It is equipped with a dual-start electric motor and a modular common rail fuel system under precise electronic control, enabling better fuel economy.

  An engine monitoring system is installed to monitor the operating condition of each cylinder in real time, prolong the service life of the engine and reduce the use cost.

  3.Reliable, efficient and accurate steering technology to reduce tire loss

  Electronic differential control technology: It follows the principle of deceleration while turning, keeps the steering angular velocity of the outer driving wheel unchanged, accurately calculates the speed of the inner driving wheel, uses PID algorithm to adjust the torque of the inner hub motor, and takes the signal of the rear wheel speed sensor as a feedback signal to realize reliable, efficient and accurate closed-loop control. It effectively improves steering stability and reduces tire loss and fuel consumption.

  4.ISO-certified cab to provide safe and comfortable driving environment
