CR330E Mining Dump Truck

  CR330E mining dump truck is a 300t mining dump truck developed through technical cooperation between CRRC Datong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRRC Datong") and DHTE (the United States). The core components of the truck, such as converter cabinet, resistor cabinet, wheel-hub reducer, main generator and traction motor, are all provided by CRRC. The main frame is subject to a lightweight design and is welded by molding plates, castings etc.; McPherson suspension is adopted for the front axle; the wheel rim and the hub are connected by bolts; the rear axle housing is of a cast-welded construction made of formed plates and castings, and is connected to the frame through an A-type frame; wet disc braking is provided; the cab is provided with ROPS/FOPS features; it is compatible with MTU and Cummins engines, the electrical system of the truck features good extensibility, and extension interfaces are reserved for other systems (remote monitoring and diagnosis, collector rails, unmanned driving, etc.).

  CR330E mining dump truck features low fuel consumption and high reliability. Its rated load is 300t, heaped loading capacity is 210m3, and the maximum speed is 58km/h, so it can meet the transportation requirements under various complex operating conditions.

Application Scenario

CR330E mining dump truck has undergone an industrial test in a mine of China Coal. During such test, it showed good performance, fully demonstrating the excellent quality and performance of mining dump trucks provided by CRRC.

CR330E mining dump truck is mainly used in off-highway work sites, such as large open-pit mines and water conservancy projects, especially for the transportation of coal, ores etc.

In addition, the mining dump truck can also work together with excavators, loaders, belt conveyors and other engineering machinery in civil engineering to form a loading, transportation and unloading production line for the loading, unloading and transportation of earthwork, gravel and bulk materials.

  1.Mature and advanced drive system, adaptable to various extreme operating conditions

  The AC electric drive system originates from the mature electric drive traction technology in the rail transit field. The control system, main generator, traction motor and reducer are independently developed by CRRC to ensure the maximum production efficiency. It is safe and reliable, with low fault rate and low maintenance cost. Based on the vibration load spectral induction of all road conditions and the fatigue equivalent acceleration model design, it can adapt to extreme operating conditions such as high altitude, wide operating temperature range, high-intensity vibration and slippery roads, with perfect functions and stable operation.

  2.Equipped with high-power engine, to bring about higher efficiency

  MTU 16V4000C23 3000HP engine can adapt to most existing mine conditions without de-rating at an altitude of 4,500m. The second generation of MTU high-pressure common rail fuel injection system is adopted, enabling better fuel economy. An engine monitoring system is installed to monitor the operating condition of each cylinder in real time, prolong the service life of the engine and reduce the use cost.

  3.High-strength frame, with better bearing capacity and longer service life

  It is subject to a box section design and welded with high-strength alloy steel plate, and features excellent welding performance and mechanical properties. The key bearing components are made of forgings and castings for a longer life.

  4.Reliable, efficient and accurate steering technology to reduce tire loss

  Electronic differential control technology: It follows the principle of deceleration while turning, keeps the steering angular velocity of the outer driving wheel unchanged, accurately calculates the speed of the inner driving wheel, uses PID algorithm to adjust the torque of the inner hub motor, and takes the signal of the rear wheel speed sensor as a feedback signal to realize reliable, efficient and accurate closed-loop control. It effectively improves steering stability and reduces tire loss and fuel consumption.

  5.Comfortable driving environment, and intelligent real-time monitoring

  The cab is provided with ROPS/FOPS features, which meet ISO3471 and ISO3449 standards for safety. It has large driving space and good tightness, provides a safe and comfortable driving environment, and is equipped with a real-time monitoring system to provide real-time operation data for each part of the truck.
