Tiansuo AC Drive Passenger Electric Locomotive

  The "Tiansuo" AC drive passenger electric locomotive is a 200km/h AC drive passenger electric locomotive with a maximum operating speed of 210km/h. It can be used to pull 200km/h high-speed passenger trains and 160 km/h quasi-high-speed passenger trains on existing lines. The locomotive power is 4800kW and adopts advanced AC drive technology. It has the characteristics of wide constant power range, large shaft power, good adhesion characteristics, high efficiency and power factor.

Key technologies

1.The electric drive system adopts a domestically produced GTO water-cooled converter unit and a 1225kW high-power asynchronous traction motor with a wide speed regulation range of constant power, large shaft power, good adhesion characteristics, high efficiency and power factor.

2.The control system adopts a domestically produced distributed microcomputer network control system, and adopts redundant design to improve the reliability of operation. Distributed microcomputer control system, vehicle-level MVB bus and train-level WTB bus realize the network control, logic control and self-diagnosis functions of the entire train.

3.The vehicle body adopts a lightweight overall load-bearing structure and streamlined appearance.

4.The hollow shaft double-sided six-link drive method is adopted; the traction motor, drive gearbox, hollow shaft drive device, bracket and brake beam are integrated into a whole; the frame suspension structure is adopted; the traction device is a middle push-pull low-slope drawbar; the basic brake adopts a wheel-mounted disc brake device.

5.The transformer is designed with a horizontal structure, mounted as a hanging unit of the vehicle body, and functions as an integrated multi-winding fully split-type transformer. The secondary absorption reactor, auxiliary converter reactor and train power supply reactor share the same oil tank and a set of cooling devices.

6.Use a combined braking method of regenerative braking and air braking.
