The 8-axle 200km/h passenger electric locomotive is an AC passenger electric locomotive developed to meet the needs of traction of fast passenger cars or freight cars on various lines. It has an axle weight of only 18t, a locomotive power of 11,200kW and a short-term (30 minutes) axle power of 1,600kW. The locomotive adopts new high-speed B0 bogie technologies such as the new drive mode of driving gear hollow shaft + flexible plate coupling, center pin + "Z" shaped traction rod, triangular axle box tie rod, and lightweight traction transformer.
.The locomotive adopts axle control mode, and the main and auxiliary converter cabinets share an intermediate DC circuit with a voltage of 3600V; the two sets of auxiliary converters are redundant to each other, and the auxiliary machine is not powered off when passing through the phase.
.The connecting part of the two locomotives adopts a bellow structure, an external rubber windshield and a semi-permanent coupler.
.The network control system adopts train-level and vehicle-level control. Ethernet Train Backbone (ETB) and Wire Train Bus (WTB) are used at the train control level, and Ethernet Consist Network (ECN) and Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB) are used at the vehicle control level.
.The vehicle body is lightweight by adopting an integral load-bearing all-steel welded structure, a streamlined cab, and an aluminum alloy roof.
.The traction motor adopts a full suspension structure, and the drive method adopts a new drive method of driving gear hollow shaft + flexible plate coupling.
.The locomotive is designed with CTCS2 system, on-board safety protection system (6A) and CMD system.
