SS6B electric locomotive is a 6-axle mainline AC/DC drive phase-controlled electric locomotive. This type of locomotive adheres to the principles of simplification and serialization, and is developed on the basis of mature technology of SS4 and SS6 locomotives. The locomotive adopts a single-phase power frequency system with a voltage of 25kV. The locomotive is a double-cab large roof structure with an axle type of Co-Co. It consists of two 3-axle bogies and can serve as heavy-load freight traction when multiple locomotives are in multiple operation. The maximum operating speed of the locomotive is 100km/h.
1.The vehicle body adopts an integral load-bearing structure, double-end cab, large roof structure, large-area ventilation shutters and other traditional mature technologies.
2.The Co bogie and low-position horizontal traction rod device are used, which have high adhesion performance.
3.The main circuit adopts independent power supply from the bogie, which can be used for locomotive electrical axle weight transfer compensation and improve the adhesion utilization of the locomotive.
4.A power factor compensation device is installed on the main circuit side of the locomotive, so that the locomotive has a higher power factor and smaller harmonic interference current.
5.The electric drive system adopts a standardized asymmetric three-sec tion half-controlled bridge rectifier circuit, implements phase-controlled voltage regulation, and realizes the traction speed regulation characteristics of constant current quasi-constant speed control.
6.The brake system is an improved version of the DK-1 electro-pneumatic brake, with electro-pneumatic braking and air-electric combined braking functions.
