Product introduction

SS7C Improved Electric Locomotive

The SS7C improved electric locomotive is a 6-axle passenger and freight electric locomotive with an AC-DC drive of 4800kW and a maximum operating speed of 120km/h, which is formed by the company's transformation of the main circuit traction motor series excitation circuit from a fully controlled + semi-controlled two-section bridge to a fully controlled + semi-controlled three-section bridge, regenerative braking to resistance braking, and the corresponding control circuit electronic control to microcomputer control.

Application Scenario

Key technologies

1.The main components such as the locomotive body, bogie, and transformer are all lightweight.

2.The axle type of the locomotive bogie is Bo-Bo-Bo, with single-side braking, motor rolling bearing nose suspension and low-position inclined traction rod.

3.The main circuit adopts unequal three-section bridge + feedback resistance braking, weakening the stepless speed regulation and stepless magnetic field.

4.The characteristic control mode of constant current starting and quasi-constant speed operation is adopted, and microcomputer control and LCU logic control unit are adopted.

5.Rheostatic braking is adopted for electric braking.

6.There is a power supply for train heating and air conditioning, using double-pipe air supply.
