Adopts lift-assisted manhole, A41X type breathing type safety valve, 17-type class-E steel coupler, large capacity draft gear, NSW type hand brake and stainless steel braking piping system, KZW-A type empty/load automatic adjusting device, TZD-1 type freight car derailment automatic braking device and DZ1 type under crossing support bogie, improved technical performance. Maximum running speed is 100km/h.
