Product description：KM70 coal hopper car
KM70 coal hopper car is suitable for running on Chinese standard gauge railways. It is mainly for carrying the bulk goods such as coal and ore. It can meet the operation for the enterprises such as power station, port, coal dressing, steel and iron enterprises with the fixed marshalling, cycle use and fixed point loading/unloading features. It can achieve quick pneumatic unloading or manual unloading. The car is mainly composed of car body, bottom door opening/closing mechanism, pneumatic piping device, coupler and draft gear, brake device, bogie etc. Car body adopts full steel welding structure, mainly composed of underframe, side wall, end wall, hopper etc, bottom door opening/closing mechanism adopts top locking type 2-stage transmission, pneumatic piping device is composed of φ356mm×280mm spinning double direction function reservoir, air feeding adjustment valve, operation valve, cutout cock etc. Adopting type K6 bogie, type 120 control valve, KZW-A automatic empty/load changeover device and automatic derail brake device, NSW hand brake, type 17 coupler in class E steel and MT-2 or HM-1 draft gear.
