Type C70E open-top car is consist of car body , coupler and draft gear ,air brake device and bogie etc. the car body is full steel welded , which is consist of underframe, side wall , end wall and car door etc . the brake device adopts type 120 control valve , spinning sealed cylinder of 305×254 ,type ST2-250 brake shoes adjuster, type KZW-A empty and load automatic adjuster , automatic brake valve for derailment. The coupler and draft gear adopts 17 coupler and type 17forged yoke. The car adopts k6 bogie.
