It is mainly composed of car body, coupler and draft gear, brake device, bogie etc. Car body is of center sill, flat floor full steel welding structure, it is mainly composed of underframe, side wall, end wall, support rod, door etc. Type 16 coupler is set on position No. 1 end of car set, adopting the matching type 16 forged coupler yoke, and type 17 coupler is set on position No. 2 end of car set, adopting the matching type 17 forged coupler yoke, RFC drawbar is set at the middle of car which can be interchangeable with type 16,17 coupler, adopting alloy coupler yoke key, MT-2, 、HM-1 or HM-2 draft gear, adopting oiliness nylon anti-falling off coupler yoke support plate wear plate, coupler support seat stop iron with anti-theft function, coupler yoke key support sill nylon wear plate, anti-skipping latch.
