Main brief introduction:

LTF low wheel/track dynamic force bogie belongs to cast steel three-piece  bogie with the variable friction damping device, it is mainly composed of wheelset assembly, rolling bearing device, sideframe assembly, spring suspension device, bolster assembly, fundamental brake device, crossing support device, constant contact elastic side bearing etc. The primary elastic shear rubber pad is set between adapter and sideframe pedestal , to reduce the horizontal force between wheel and track. Sideframe elastic 4 connecting rod device is set along the horizontal plane between both sideframes, to improve  bogie anti- rhombus stiffness. It adopts constant contact elastic side bearing, to inhibit bogie hunting movement. Central secondary suspension adopts 2-stage stiffness spring device, to improve spring static deflection under tare condition. Bogie fundamental brake device adopts bottom connecting rod single side brake shoe brake device.

LTF low wheel/track dynamic force bogie is applicable for running on 1067mm gauge railway in Tasmania Australia, it can meet running requirement for intermodal wagon, coal hopper wagon, cement hopper wagon and ore wagon.
