18t axle load cement hopper wagon for Tasmania is main composed of wagon body, roof lid operation system, discharge door operation system, brake device, coupler and draft gear, bogie etc. Wagon body adopts stainless steel arc wrapping plate structure, hopper angle and dimensions of discharge opening in Maximum in design, Teflon materials is pasted inside wagon body, to improve discharge speed and reduce discharge time. Roof lid adopts pneumatic sliding structure, sealed by rubber plate, discharge door adopts hydraulic plate taking out type structure, sealed by rubber and fiber weaves, to improve seal performance, prevent cement leakage. Coupler adopts 13E/F top operated coupler, adopting the matching class E steel type 17 forged coupler yoke, alloy steel coupler yoke key, MT-2 draft gear. Air brake adopts AAR standard ABDX wagon brake system. Hand brake device adopts Wabtec 4493C-II double side operated hand brake.
