Main brief introduction：
The wagon is a kind of 2- unit container flat wagon, it is mainly composed of underframe, LTF bogie, air brake device, hand brake device, coupler and draft gear etc. Every 2 wagons form 1 set, every 2 wagons are equipped with 1 ABDXL-NEw control valve, 1 control valve controls 4 brake cylinders. 2 wagons are connected by FD drawbar with draft gear; automatic coupler and draft gear is equipped on both ends of each set of wagons, adopting 13E/F goose neck type bottom operated coupler. Hand brake device adopts 4493C-II double-side operated hand brake from Wabtec.
The wagon is applicable for running on 1067mm track gauge in Tasmania, Australia, for carrying the containers in different specifications such as non-standard 20ft and standard 20ft, 40ft and 45ft.
