1. Product Development
CSR Shijiazhuang Co., Ltd. has a perfect management system for research and development, its research and development team covers nearly all relevant professional fields and maintains a reasonable hierarchical structure. Moreover, the company also established a product development platform, within which the PDM system has been utilized as a main mean. The company was identified as a national high-tech enterprise in 2008 and 2011 respectively. Furthermore, the technology center of the company was titled as the “Provincial enterprise technology center of Hebei” in 2009, by the provincial identification.
2. Process Technology
In order to ensure the effective product realization, new technologies, equipments, and management methods have been continuously introduced in for the process research and development, thereby greatly promoting the platform construction of manufacturing technology and laying solid foundation for the optimization of product mix, the promotion of product grade and technological level, and the sustainable development of the company. In terms of construction of product quality assurance system, our company took the lead of being certified by the quality/environment/occupational health and safety integrated management system of GB/T 19001-2000, GB/T 24001-1996 and GB/T 28001-2001 in the industry. Moreover, our company has been certified by the measurement management system of GB/T 19022-2003 and the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) in February, 2005 and December, 2012 respectively.
3. Innovation and Patents
Seeing technological innovation as the fundament of survive and development, our company has established excellent management system, effective incentive and restraint mechanisms, and right atmosphere for technological innovation, thereby acquiring a series of scientific and technological innovation achievements. Firmly following the strategy of patent, our company has attached great importance to the patent work strengthening. At present, accumulatively 91 authorized patent have been possessed by us, and of which 88 are utility mode, 3 are inventive patent.
