Founded in March 2015, it is a joint venture company co-built by CRRC Qiqihar Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. and Australia B&W Group. It has maintenance workshops in Sydney and Newcastle respectively to provide technical solutions and maintenance services for Australian freight industry.
