The 25K family was designed for the first acceleration in 1996. It is able to running up to 160 km/h and used for middle and long distance transportation.
The cars feature CW-2 bogies, disc brake, electronic anti-skid device, 104 integrated electro-pneumatic brake unit, leveling valves, differential pressure valves, air conditioning units, etc.
