Summary: This tank car utilized for transporting concentrated sulphuric acid with density of 1.84t/ m3 is suitable for operating on Namibia railway with 1067mm gauge. It is mainly comprised of underframe, tank body, bogie, brake equipments, coupler and draft gear, etc. The underframe and body connected by tank band are of all steel welded structure; the car adopts low track force bogie with 1067mm gauge, vacuum brake system, ratchet wheel and pawl type hand brake, 13 type top operation coupler and ST type draft gear.
