Service network

The service covers 5 districts and each of them has its own superintendent, namely Northeast, the North, the North-West, the Middle-West and the South, meanwhile, there are 10 after-sale stations in the company service coverage.

Service Item

Personnel Training: provide technical support and technical training.

On-site Instruction: provide instructions to the customer to operate the product in a correct manner and resolve practical issues.

Complaint handling: deal with the customer’s complaints.

Customer Application Assurance: provide the “There Assurances” components and special tool kit during the warranty Period.

Trouble-shooting: resolve the quality issue in an efficient and quick manner. The after-sale personnel will make respond within 2 hours after the customer’s notice and make on-site support within 8 hours.
