It combined with the technologies of both swing type bogie side frame swing technology and low track force bogie one-stage journal box elastic positioning technology, which has a low wheel-rail lateral force and vertical force and a low wheel-rail wear. It is featured by low track force, self-steering, no welding, and slight wear etc.. This bogie is mainly comprised of bogie bolster, side frame assy’, wheelset assy’, rolling bearing device, journal box suspension system, central suspension& damping device, track mounted brake, bogie swing device and resilient side bearing etc..
