April 23 accompanied by CSR Party committee Organization Department undersecretary Liu Baoan, State Department State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of State Council Deputy Director Bu Yulong and his company inspected CYR, listened to reports about condition of the Party Construction work, investigated and surveyed performance appraisal, experience and existing problem etc during the Party Construction work.
After visited CYR exhibition hall and watched two promotional videos of introduction about CSR and CRY, Undersecretary Liu Baoan made a special topic report named" Energetically explore, daringly practice and continuously create CSR the Party Construction" for CSR The Party Construction work; CYR board chairman, secretary of the Party Committee Gui Zukang made a report about the status of CYR the Party Construction work; and communicated with Undersecretary Liu Baoan and his company about how to conduct performance appraisal of The Party Construction.
After debrief Undersecretary Liu Baoan talked four feelings: first, been worked in railway enterprise himself for ten years, and felt friendlier for having this chance coming railway enterprise to investigate and survey; second, he was thinking highly of coming to the cradle of Chinese labor movement to do the investigation and survey of the Party Construction; third, he thanked CSR and CYR for taking much count of this investigation and survey and doing very full and accurate preparation and planning work. He thought the Party Construction works of CSR are very lively and interesting, and made him inspired and learned a lot. Four, for the first time came to CYR seen a new look appears form such a historical enterprise. Reconstruction of CSR Yangtze coastwise business which was a good opportunity, with the help CYR owned a good foundation, built up a very viable and technology creational base. On independent R&D and technical innovation the two promotional videos shows lot lively informations, especially on opening more markets abroad and globalization management the CYR has been already got a great result.
