From Jan.28th to 29th, CSR-CYR held the first meeting of the first workers congress and the company affairs meeting ceremoniously. There were 107 representatives who deliberated and voted by every branch and the headquarters participated in the meeting which hosted by Mr. Sun Yuchang, the Chairman of Trade Union.
Mr. Hu Haiping, the corporate representative and the General Manager of CYR made a speech with the title of “Accelerate the pace of innovation, improve management, and strive for becoming the fugleman in rolling stock industry!” Mr. Hu said: This is an important meeting at the time of learning and practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development in-depth, suffering from the international financial crises and advancing construction and development at full blast. The missions of this meeting are: Implement the gist of Railway Minister and CSR working conference, summarize the working of 2009, arrangement the tasks of 2010, conquer the difficulties by arousing the staff, enhance the capability of management and profiting, and strive for achieving the annual operating object.
2010 is the last year of “The11th Five-Year Plan” and the basis of “The12th Five-Year Plan”, and it is also the crucial year of CYR. Mr. Hu Haiping put forward the working strategy of the company in 2010 specifically: Implement the gist of Railway Minister and CSR working conference, learn and practice the Scientific Outlook on Development in-depth, insist on technical innovation and accelerate product research and development; strengthen management and carry out “JIT Production” roundly; enhance the overall management of budget to target gain; advance marketing and sales by satisfying the need of customer, reduce operating risk by interior control, reinforce talents cultivating by culture construction; increase income of staff by advancing the benefit and strive for achieving the operating object set by CSR.
At last, Mr. Gui Zukang, the Board Chairman and the Secretary of the Party Committee made a speech with the title of “Enhance the Party Construction, strive for becoming the fugleman in rolling stock industry by exerting the political advantages”. He pointed out in 4 aspects emphatically: To achieve the operating object is the basic precondition of becoming the fugleman; To enhance the leaders and talents cultivation is the key element of becoming the fugleman; To advance the culture construction is the powerful support of becoming the fugleman; To reinforce the Party Construction is the political assurances of becoming the leader of railway industry.
