Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) officially released the 2024-2025 Information Disclosure Assessment Results for Listed Companies Across the SSE Market. The assessment revealed that TMT received a Grade-A rating for its information disclosure. This is the second consecutive year TMT has received this rating, fully demonstrating TMT's compliance and exceptional performance in information disclosure quality, corporate governance, and investor relations management, marking the full recognition by the regulatory authorities of TMT’s achievements.
According to statistics, the 2024-2025 information disclosure assessment across the SSE market covered 2,263 listed companies across the SSE market, with only 430 companies (less than 20%) achieving the coveted "A" rating. According to the incentive policies of regulatory authorities, enterprises categorized into tier A (Excellent) in information disclosure can benefit from expedited review processes, optimized procedures, and other "priorities", for capital operations such as refinancing and mergers & acquisitions. These priorities facilitate TMT's efficient operations and high-quality development.
