Xiangyang Electric is a holding subsidiary of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd., founded in 1964, formerly known as the Liuzhi Factory of North China Railway Bureau, Guizhou. The company is located in Xiangyang, Hubei Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise and owns two bases in Xiangyang and Zhuzhou.
