CRRC ZIC Research Institute of Electrical Technology and Material Engineering (CRRC ZIC Research Institute) is a professional research and development affiliate of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. As a platform that supports the company’s strategic development, the Institute is tasked with developing general technologies and platforms, fostering new product and technology markets, and promoting synergy innovation in research and development management, with the aim to take the lead in technology innovation in both transportation and energy sectors.
The Institute focuses on core technologies from systematic engineering, electric drive, and automatic control, to data and intelligent application, and to RAMS technology and its tests. The Institute includes 8 R&D centers, 1 pilot production base and 5 departments. And an innovation-driven research team is led by academicians, together with 28 senior experts of various fields, over 100 doctors, and more than 700 masters, all qualified and skilled as the mainstay.
