As China enters its peak summer heat in July, the continuous high temperatures pose significant challenges to on-site workshop operations. To support the team, CRRC Ziyang's management went directly to the frontline to express their appreciation to the staff working hard.
Chen Zhixin, Chairman of the Company, visited the engine assembly production line of the Power Equipment Branch. During the visit, he checked the sweltering workshop environment, enquired about staff conditions, production progress and heat prevention arrangements, and talked extensively with frontline staff.
Yang Wensheng, General Manager of the Company, visited the final assembly line of the Locomotive Division. He urged everyone, "While working in the high heat, we must always stay alert to production safety. Please remember to prevent heatstroke, manage your work-rest schedules properly, and ensure your health and well-being first. Only on this premise can we complete our production tasks with both quality and quantity."
Chen Zhixin and Yang Wensheng handed out watermelons, cold drinks & heat-relief medicines to staff during the visit. Other company executives visited all work areas to comfort frontline staff.
In addition to on-site visits, the Company has simultaneously implemented a series of long-term safeguarding measures. These include optimizing work shifts, ensuring an ample supply of heat-relief supplies, and continuously conducting safety hazard inspections for high-temperature operations. These efforts aim to comprehensively protect staff' health and ensure stable and orderly production.
Filled with care and expectations, all staff stand firm against the sweltering heat, take on heavy responsibilities bravely, and strive full tilt to hit all task targets.
