Promote High-level Integrated Development of Operation and Quality

Recently, the Company carried out training on the construction of integrated operation & quality system. This was an important measure for the Company to consolidate the achievements of three-year quality improvement and promote the integration of operation and quality. 

Professor Li Yanlin, a senior expert of CRRC, the main drafter of CRRC "Q" Standard and a member of the international expert group of ISO22163 Standards, was invited to give lectures.

More than 100 people, including senior executives, chief experts, principals of various units and leaders of relevant functional departments, attended the training. 

Quality management is an organic part of operation management. At the beginning of the class, Chen Zhixin, Chairman of the Company and Director of the Quality Management Committee, emphasized four requirements to implement the construction of integrated operation & quality system.

First, to enhance the sense of urgency for high-quality development.

Adhere to supporting high-quality development with high-quality products. CHINA RAILWAY and CRRC have repeatedly emphasized the importance of high-quality development. For the Company, it is necessary to further enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility of quality control and insist on supporting high-quality development with high-quality products.

Second, to correctly understand the relationship between product quality and operation quality.

Product quality is positively correlated with operation quality. Good product quality is the basis of good operation effect of enterprises. Poor product quality is a downside blow to the company operation. The quality of product quality will ultimately reflect the operation results of the enterprise. This year, the Company's workers' congress put forward the operation ideas, which made systematic arrangements for the Company to comprehensively promote quality reform and fully practice the integrated construction of operation and quality. Everyone should earnestly implement them and turn the results of this training into the Company's development momentum.

Third, to adhere to the idea is the precursor of action.

The Company's implementation of the integrated operation and quality system is to express the determination of not being satisfied with the status and the courage to pursue excellence. Quality management is a big quality, the quality of each work link. Each cadre and employee should insist on doing things right at once and insist on "zero defects". The highest level of "zero defect" is that everyone becomes the subject of their own responsibility, everyone has the output of quality, and everyone can prove their value.

Four, to insist on creating value for customers.

In quality management, we should adhere to the customer-centered principle, implement the Company's quality culture construction requirements of  total quality management and pursuit of ‘three zeros and three good’ according to the culture reshaping plan, and establish a working mechanism of full participation and whole process management. With the problem orientation, solve the "pain points" in management, give full play to the advantages of the project management team, integrate resources, formulate management documents with clear division of labor, clear process and strong operability, effectively improve the management level and strive to create more value for customers through high-quality products!

In the training class, Professor Li Yanlin shared with everyone the relationship between quality management and operation management, the necessity of the integrated system of operation and quality construction, and explained the way of the construction of the integrated operation quality system with vivid cases.

The training on quality management system improvement lasted for three days, and the Company also held three training sessions on "Disposal of Nonconforming Products and Root Cause Analysis", "Management Digital Transformation and Management Maturity Improvement" and "CRRC Q Maturity Improvement Method". All middle and senior managers, all internal auditors and quality experts of the Company participated in the training and gained a lot.
