At 15:00 on March 7, the Company held the International Women's Day Commendation Conference and Modern Women's Show to commend the advanced female individuals & collectives, and to showcase the confident and sunny female staffs.
Yang Xiaoli (Chairman of Ziyang City Women's Federation), Yin Lin, (Fourth-level Researcher of Ziyang City Women's Federation), Wu Ling, (Chairman of Women's Federation of High-tech Zone), Chen Zhixin, (Chairman of the Company), Yang Wensheng (General Manager of the Company) and other senior executives, as well as the executive members of the District Women's Federation, the Vice-Chief Engineer of the Company, the heads of all departments, the Chairman of the Labor Union, the Women's Committee member and representatives of outstanding female employee, more than 200 people shared this joyful moment. Chen Guo, Vice Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and Director of the Women's Committee of the Company, presided over the ceremony.
At the commendation meeting, the participants watched a video about the work of female staffs. In 2022, more than 400 female staffs of the Company, under the care of organizations at all levels of the Company, carried forward the spirit of "self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement", demonstrated the demeanor of women and made contributions to the development of the Company.
Subsequently, Yang Xiaoli, Chairman of Ziyang City Women's Federation, read out the Commendation Document of All-China Women's Federation, and the Electrical Installation Group-1 of Ziyang CRRC Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, was awarded the title of "National Women's Civilization Station".
Yang Xiaoli and Chen Zhixin presented flowers and plaque to the representatives of Electrical Installation Group-1 respectively.
Huang Hai, Vice General Manager and Chairman of the Labor Union of the Company, read out the Company's advanced female staffs collective and individual commendation documents.
Leaders of Ziyang City High-tech Zone Women's Federation and senior executives of the Company presented awards to the commended personnel respectively.

Yang Wensheng, representative of the Best Friends of Female Staffs, expressed his feelings.
He sent festive greetings to all the female staffs. He hoped that organizations at all levels would be more concerned and caring about the work, life and health of female staffs, and provide timely services. Li Meng Hua, on behalf of the Electrical Installation Group-1, which was awarded the "National Women's Civilization Station", shared the joy of winning the national honour.
In this year, CRRC launched the implementation plan of "CRRC Science and Technology Innovation · Women's Action", contributing women's wisdom and strength to helping CRRC accelerate the building of a world-class enterprise. Deng Min, an engineer of the Steel Structure Division who won the title of "Top Ten Female Staffs" of the Company, also shared her experience.
After the commendation ceremony, the exciting Modern Women's Show began.
Changing out of their work uniforms, they showed the gentle and tender feelings of women. Nine groups from all departments of the Company, with nearly 100 female staffs, stood on the catwalk to bring "Modern costume show", "Cheongsam show", "Han Chinese costume show" and "Wedding dress show" respectively, which won bursts of applause from the audience.

According to the online scoring of the theme expression, performance appeal and demeanor expression, the Company awarded 10 "Best Popularity Awards", 20 "Best Performance Awards" and the first, second and third prizes of the group respectively.
